MySpace phishing scam!!! and other ramdon sutff

Okay, so since my last blog about being featured on YouTube, I had been meaning to write blogs more frequently. Although nobody reads them this is something I had wanted to do for myself as a way of being able to reflect on things that cross my mind. So tonight would make a good start since alot seems to have been happening online recently (and i'm not just talking about Opera buying out YouTube for a day).

First thing that has got me very annoyed is a recent 'phishing' scam on myspace. I dont know if anyone else had this but I receved an odd page comment from a close family friend of mine with what looked like a myspace page link, I clicked and was forwarded to the login page. I remember asking myself what was this about but it was only ofter I attempted to login on that homepage that I realised what had happened; now i've had to go back and change passwords for both my YouTube account and MySpace. I feel kinda lucky but also kinda pissed that my friend now has a hacked myspace account along with all her photos and personal stuff associated with porn links and god knows what else. Has anyone else faced this problem?

So after recieving a big refund for not being entitled to my 2 years no claims bonus, I am now a few days closer to paying off my credit card for this Christmas. Its a good feeling to get a weight load of financial debt lifted from your shoulders yet everyday I hear about other peoples problems with debt. It seems that everyone these days are becoming slaves to the Credit Card! And nothing digs our graves deeper than our own spending habits.

I have a day off tomorrow, but like every day I have off from work I find myself not knowing what to do. I'm always looking for ways to be more productive; there was one time I showed an old friend my Presley Madness video on YouTube he said I have too much free time - on the contrary I have very little time and when I do, I try to make the best of it.



Like filmaking, I have always been inspired by music; words that make you see or sounds that you can feel. You can probably see from my videos that alot of my videos are inspired by music but for along time I have wanted to make my own music. I have ideas for the future to make my own music just like Renetto and his 'Tube It' one hit wonder but without artsy fartsy copyright written all over it. I want to make my own music to make with my videos and then publish the mp3's onto my own website for everyone to download for free. Actually, I have already purchased the domain address for JDM525.com along with .co.uk and .net; at the moment they all forward to my YouTube channel but i'm gonna get started on designing it sometime although theres no rush right now.

Theres still alot on my mind but its 3:30am and I have already covered three random topics (scams, debt and making music). I should continue to write, I have enjoyed writing this as much as I enjoy reading other blogs. I know I can write and express thoughts/opinions but I often keep everything bottled up so tight it eventually bursts out into a three part novel. (lord of the rings)
